Our wellness is the sum of each moving part within us, and its about the synergistic relationship between them. It is about balancing our life's purpose, work, and our emotional health, especially as a quintessential nurturer/massage therapist. To remain in equilibrium, homeostasis, HEALTH…OPTIMAL and high octane, one must give and receive in equal manner. Ways I do this is a scheduled weekly massage for my body tune up and health. I have created a morning ritual, which includes time for myself, to meditate, walk, pilates, stretch, drink smoothie and hot lemon water, practice positive affirmations, set goals for that day, pray, read inspirational quotes, listen to music, dance or sing if I feel inspired, give thanks, and do a little reading.
